Returns and Refunds Policy
Our return and refund policy is valid for the first 30 days following your purchase. Beyond this period, we cannot offer you any refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in the same outbox.
Being a service, the molding activity is not eligible for a return.
Added to this (as non-returnable items):
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
In order to complete your return, you must provide us with your invoice or proof of purchase.
Reimbursements
Upon receipt of your item, it will be inspected and an email will be sent to confirm that we have received it. You will receive a second email to notify you of the approval or refusal of reimbursement.
If your case is approved, a refund will be paid to you in the next few days following your approval. This will be done on your original method of payment.
Regarding the molding activity, a partial refund may be granted on the work only in exceptional cases.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given to you:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts (for a reason other than ours)
- Any item that has been returned after the 30-day period after receipt
Missing or late refunds
If you still haven't received your refund, check with your bank to confirm the situation.
Also check with your credit card company: it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
Then contact your bank: it may also take some time for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Items on sale
Only items on sale at the regular price can be refunded: items on sale are not included in this policy.
Trades
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your item for the same model, write to us at returns@vulvetteunderground.com.
Sending returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your item. These fees are non-refundable. If you get a refund, these fees will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping and return wait times may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning a more expensive item, it is recommended that you use the tracking service or add a delivery guarantee. We cannot guarantee the quality and condition of the item returned to us.
